The Company

boutii limited is the owner of the web site and outsources the operations of the site to Global Internet Services Ltd, which acts as the Sales Agent and is licensed to sell and receive all payments for use of any paid services on the site. Based in the UK from offices in Maidenhead, close to London Heathrow airport.

Founder

Mike Dauncey founded TipTopJob in early 2000 and decided to invest in developing a world-wide Job portal.  After over 2 1/2  years of development employing their own staff, the product was launched in August 2002. Mike's background started in Computer Software back in the late 60's and early 70's and then went on to operate one of the UK's longest running IT Recruitment Businesses, which has now operated for over 35 years.  Additionally, he also operates an IT Consultancy which offers Web design, IT Development and Web Hosting.

The Team

The Team provides the backbone to the business and operate all the systems and support services.  They cover the following areas:  Finance & Accounting; Administration; Central Marketing & PR; Web design and IT Development; Customer/Associate Support; and IT Operational Support.
